“Thai food is one of my splurges but I don’t always love all the oil mixed into my favorite dishes. Vegetable pad thai is probably my favorite, so I was excited to see your vegetable pad thai noodle bowls at the grocery store. I’m not sure how this is under 300 calories but it was great to not have an oil spill in my kitchen (which is what happens with carry out). The noodles were cooked really well and I loved the peanut sauce. I will definitely be buying this again!”
